International Organization for Migration (IOM) presents compliments to the Consulate General of Ukraine in Gdansk, and has the honor to pass on information materials concerning the project "Migrants' rights in action 2" co- financed by the European Fund for the Iintegration of Third-country Nationals, implemented in collaboration with the Ministry of the Interior and the National Labour Inspectorate. The project "Migrants' rights in action 2" constitutes the continuation of the project "Migrants' rights in action".
The aim of the project "Migrants' rights in action 2"- likewise its predecessor - is to facilitate the integration of foreigners in Poland by raising awareness of their rights and obligations, as well as to improve measures preventing discrimination and exploitation éf migrants. in order to achieve this goal, an infoline at 22 490 20 44 as well as the website www.migrant.info.plare still operating and serve as reliable source of information. IOM also plans to organize another series of information meetings for migrants. The aim of the meetings is to acquaint foreigners with issues of legal residence, studies and work in Poland, access to health care system or other issues important for foreigners residing in Poland.
IOM would appreciate Embassy’s support regarding continued distribution of information materials promoting the infoline and website in places accessible to Embassy’s visitors.
